Began her career as a Third Party Administrator of Employer Sponsored Retirement Plans in Greenville, SC in 1997. Moved to Port Charlotte, FL in 2005 to establish a TPA company inside of a CPA firm. In August 2010 went out on her own and established Full Spectrum Retirement Plans, LLC.
Her team has a mission of ensuring that business owners run their business not their retirement plan. The team’s goal is to take on as much of the day to day tasks of operating a retirement plan as the business owner will allow them to handle.
They enjoy hand holding clients and their team of advisors such as their accountant and financial advisor to make sure the plan does not lose its tax qualified status.

A Michigan native who moved to Florida in 2003. A 9 year military veteran of the Navy nuclear submarine force as a missile technician and instructor.
Helped form Full Spectrum Retirement Plans, LLC with Germaine in 2010.
Has held many different positions in the company including loans and distributions, accounting, plan design and administration.
